USDA loans are still alive! Some lenders are taking a hit to continue offering 100% financing through USDA. If you combine that with seller paid closing cost, you can get into a house for little to nothing. It is a great time to buy.
It is very important that you choose a REALTOR and a lender with up-to-date knowledge. They should be able to be collectively creative enough to make your purchase or sale possible. It would not be a bad idea if you also stay “in the Know” about the Wilmington NC real estate market also. Knowledge is power.
