New York, NY Verses Wilmington NC Realty

26 Jun

How does Wilmington, NC realty compare to New York, NY? Well, we all know that the housing market is bad all over right now. But it is BETTER than it was a few months ago.

I just watched a CNN report and the analyst used phrases like “sales are plummeting”. We all knew that the tax credit helped sell a lot of homes and that sales would go down after it was over. Just remember, CNN and other news channels report NATIONAL news. The LOCAL housing market is what you should be more concerned about. What homes sell for in New York, NY, has nothing to do with Wilmington, NC realty. So, I would encourage you to plug into a good source of local real estate news, and stay on top of what is happening in your area. World and national news affects you tomorrow, but local affects you today.

Stay informed!
